President Brian Swinton has served in many capacities in the Church, including his current calling as President of the Washington D.C. temple. He recently served as the Director of the St. George Temple Visitors' Center and Historic Sites. Prior to that, he has also served as Stake President, and Counselor to a Stake President, and been called as a Bishop twice.

Professionally, President Swinton was a senior executive for three publicly traded companies, founder of several additional companies, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School.

President Swinton has been married to his wonderful wife Sue for 42 years and they are parents to six children and have 19 grandchildren.
